Service Description

One-on-one lessons allow us to customize a training program that works for you, and your dog, all in the convenience of your own home. Your dog will work towards a solid foundation by teaching them our 10 common commands (sit, down, come, off, heel, leave-it, out, place, break, kennel). This foundation will translate when we go to help with any problem behaviors. No matter the severity of the problem, we can help. Private lessons include, but are not limited to basic obedience, breaking puppy behaviors, agility, advanced trick training, resource guarding, fear reactivity, separation anxiety, dog aggression, and people aggression. We recommend scheduling private lessons once a week depending on the severity of the issues for the best results. This is because we will be providing you, the owner, with the necessary tools to continue the training daily. This will help you strengthen your bond with your dog, while also giving us a good idea of how your dog is progressing in this new, structured lifestyle. The first session is always an evaluation which costs $120 and will 75 minutes. Follow up lessons are $100 for an hour. While private lessons are great for most problem behaviors, we recommend to anyone dealing with more serious issues, like aggression, to look into our excellent Board & Train program.  *Pricing may increase depending on travel time, the number of dogs, and/or level of aggression.
